Research interests
The research interest are mainly
related to multiscale heat transfer
modeling, particularly in biomaterials.
Numerical modeling is carried out
primarily using the finite difference
method (FDM) and the boundary element
method (BEM) based on parallel
algorithms. Parallel computations are
based on multi-core processors,
multiprocessor systems, and graphics
units (GPUs).
The remaining scientific interests
are i.a. computer science, and
mechatronics.
