Human Capital
Operational Programme
co-financed by the
European Union under the
European Social Fund,
entitled "Interactive
Engineer Education". My
contribution was to
develop educational
materials for the
content of education in
the fields of Automation
and Robotics,
Mechanical
Engineering, Management
and Production Engineer
and Mechatronics, and
also In an
interdisciplinary

Technology.
-
Participation in a project
co-funded by the
European Union under the
European Social Fund
"More attractive
activities for the
Mechatronics" at the
Faculty of Mechanical
Engineering, Silesian
University of
Technology.
-
Participation in the
project HORIZON 2020 as
an expert regarding the
methods of artificial

I was one of the
organizing and leading
course Student
Association "BEST" in
Gliwice: "AI & VR -
welcome to the (un) real
world" in 2007. The
course was attended by
students from the best
technical universities
in Europe. As part of
the course, students
have the opportunity to
learn and use
biologically inspired
methods (methods of
artificial intelligence
and virtual reality).
-
I was head of the
laboratory of
Computational Science
(years 2013 - 14).
-
I am responsible for the
process of selecting the
topic of the thesis at
the Institute of
Mechanics and
Computational
Engineering at the
Faculty of Mechanical
Engineering, Silesian
University of
Technology.
-
I was leading one of the
events under the "NIGHT
OF RESEARCHERS" 2013
entitled "Can you
control the pads over
the phone? Try it
yourself!". Devices
built using LEGO
Mindstorms sets are
presented. The kits
include technologically
advanced elements such
as programmable control
unit, sensors, servos
and many mechanical
components. In 2014,
once again I conducted
one of the events under
the "NIGHT OF
RESEARCHERS" 2014
entitled "Did Lego robot
could be a helper
of James Bond?
Perform a secret mission
and win a prize! ".
Compared to the previous
" NIGHT OF RESEARCHERS
", robots have the
option of wireless
communication with the
controller from the
installed operating
system "Android",
allowing remote control
of robots, eg. by a
computer, smartphone or
tablet. In addition,
robots are equipped with
a camera, allowing the
transmission of the
image to the control
unit.
-
I have been the advisor
and co-advisor for tens
of student realized
master of science
theses, students
realized engineer
theses. I was a reviewer
for tens of works both
as a master of
engineering. I was an
advisor for several
publications realized by
the students of Faculty
of Mechanical
Engineering of Silesian
University of
Technology.
-
I have participated in 28
international
conferences among others
in: Finland, Portugal,
in Italy, France,
Australia, Spain, Japan,
Brazil and in Czech
Republic.
-
I have participated in
organizing committee
during the scientific
conference:
International Conference
on Computer Methods in
Mechanics, CMM 2003, 3-6
Czerwiec 2003, Gliwice-Wisła.
